Our washing machine blocked over the holidays and Sergei and his helper came right out. It was a messy & heavy repair job and Sergei got it working again on the same day. Friendly, quick and honest service. Another company was telling us we needed to change the dryer’s motor, a very expensive repair. Avantgarde took its time, and found the issue was that a sock had gotten into the drum and was blocking it. Removed the sock, did not need anything else and everything is working perfectly. Saved us a bunch of money.

Dude was legit the best repairman. He was courteous (had boot covers to not track dirt inside), professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly. He showed me a photo of what was wrong with my dryer once he took it apart, and explained how it should look and the likely cause of the issue. His fees are the best in Ottawa, $55-80 dollars less than other people charge just for the call fee. He is an independent worker and is his own boss. I would recommend him to everyone.

The dryer suddenly stopped heating. I called a few places, but Sergey was the one who answered the phone first. He arrived the next day and completed the repair in one trip!
