here could be several reasons for it. To find out the cause, please check the following things for an E24 error code:

1. Check the inlet hose and ensure it's not kinked or damaged.

2. The pump cover may be loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual.

3. If the dishwasher drain hose is connected to a garbage disposal's dishwasher drain connection, ensure that the plug is removed from the disposer’s dishwasher drain connection.

E25: Drain pump blocked, drain issue, filter clogged or pump impeller is jammed

An E25 error code indicates the drain pump is blocked or the drain pump cover is loose or missing

1. Check to see if the drain pump cover is loose. The pump cover is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. Remove the filter to reveal the pump cover and ensure that it’s not loose. If you have trouble locating it, review your owner’s manual.

2. The drain pump may be blocked. The pump is located at the bottom of the dishwasher underneath the filter. First, remove the filter completely to reveal the drain pump cover. Next, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks. Grip the cover and pull upward until you feel resistance. Then pull forward to remove the cover completely. Check the pump and remove any debris and standing water with a sponge. Use caution as some debris may be sharp. If needed, review your owner's manual for more specific instructions.
